How can I check live availability and prices?
Start with Availability to check the live calendar. Once you have the right dates, the booking page shows the quote, lets you hold the stay and then confirm online.
How far is the lake?
Lake Bracciano is very close. You can walk there in about 5 minutes.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed. This helps us keep the apartment suitable for guests with allergies and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Do you have any local partner offers?
Yes. At La Tavernetta, our family trattoria in Trevignano Romano since 1959, our guests receive a 10% discount. Simply mention that you are staying at Finestra Sul Borgo when you pay.
Is the apartment suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
The apartment is on the first floor of a historic-centre building and there is no lift. For this reason it is not currently suitable for guests with reduced mobility. If you have specific questions, please write to us and we will answer transparently.
Which services are included?
Finestra Sul Borgo is a tourist apartment of about 51 square metres with 1 bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and up to 4 sleeping places. It includes an equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV and essential stay items.
Where is the apartment located?
The apartment is in the historic centre of Trevignano Romano, in Via Umberto I 83. It overlooks a small square in the village, in a quiet but central position close to the lakefront, restaurants and daily services.
What are check-in and check-out times? Are there house rules?
Standard check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. When operations allow it, we try to be more flexible for direct bookings. The main house rules are simple: no smoking inside, no pets, respect the quiet of the village in the evening, and leave the apartment tidy.
Is internet available?
Yes. The apartment has FTTH fibre internet up to 1 GB, stable and fast enough for remote work, video calls and streaming.
