Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

Is the apartment suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Contact us for details.
What is included?

Where is the apartment located?
Via Umberto I 83, in the historic centre of Trevignano Romano. Overlooking a village square, close to the lakefront, restaurants and shops.
What are the arrival times and house rules?
Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Flexible times for direct bookings when possible, by agreement. No smoking indoors or pets. Please keep quiet in the evening and leave the apartment tidy.
Is internet available?
Yes. FTTH fibre internet up to 1 GB, for remote work, video calls and streaming.
